About this site
An independent, fan-made guide to the Wingstop menu. Not Wingstop, and not pretending to be.

What this site is
Wing Menu Guide is an independent fan-made information resource created to help Wingstop fans explore menu items, flavors, nutrition and allergen information, and to find their way to the official ordering experience. We organize Wingstop's public information into guides, comparisons and tools that make it easier to decide what to order.
Who runs this site
Wing Menu Guide is run by a small independent team of food fans and web builders. We started it because the official menu is spread across several pages, and nutrition, allergen and price details are hard to compare side by side. We write the guides, build the calculators and comparison tables, and check the figures against Wingstop's published information.
We do not work for Wingstop or any franchisee, and we do not take payment from them. If you spot an out-of-date price or a wrong figure, email us at [email protected] and we will review it.

We are not Wingstop
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Wingstop Restaurants Inc. or any Wingstop franchisee. We are not an authorized partner, we do not represent Wingstop, and we cannot take orders, handle payments, answer questions about an order or provide Wingstop customer support. For all of that, please use wingstop.com or the Wingstop app.
Where our information comes from
- Nutrition: transcribed from the Wingstop Nutritional Guide (PDF, dated April 2025).
- Allergens: transcribed from the Wingstop Allergen Guide (PDF, dated August 21, 2025).
- New flavors, promotions and company facts: Wingstop's own press releases, linked on each page.
- Prices and locations: only values we have checked ourselves, shown with the date and place we checked them.
How we check prices
Prices are the hardest thing to keep right, because Wingstop restaurants are mostly run by franchisees and each store sets its own. Our process:
- We copy prices only from Wingstop's own published menu data, never from third-party sites, forums or user reports. The current set was taken from Wingstop's ordering menu for a single reference store (carryout, Addison, Texas) on 2026-09-21.
- Every price on the site is labelled as a reference price with that date, so you can see how old it is.
- We never estimate or round a price, and we leave an item blank rather than guess.
- When we re-check the menu we update the date shown on the page. Your own store's price may differ, so always confirm at checkout on wingstop.com.
- If a reader reports a difference, we compare it with an official source before changing anything.
What is our opinion
Flavor descriptions, tasting notes, heat levels, “best for” suggestions and fan-favorite picks are editorial. We label them so you can tell them apart from official facts.
What we will never do
- Invent prices, calories, allergens, hours, locations or deals.
- Publish fake reviews, ratings or coupon codes.
- Use Wingstop's logos or photography without permission.
- Pretend to process orders or offer official support.
Advertising
This site may show display advertising to cover its costs. Ads are kept away from menu information and are always labelled. We do not accept payment to change our editorial content. If we ever add affiliate links or sponsored content, we will label them clearly.
Wingstop at a glance
Wingstop started in 1994 as one wing restaurant in Garland, Texas, began franchising in 1997 and now has more than 3,000 restaurants worldwide. Its stated mission is “to serve the world flavor.” It calls itself a flavor business rather than a wing business, with 12 signature flavors (plus Plain), cooked to order, and seasoned fries as the signature side. Most restaurants are run by franchisees, which Wingstop calls Brand Partners, which is why prices and hours can differ from store to store.
- 1994Wingstop opens as a small buffalo-style chicken wing restaurant in Garland, Texas.
- 1997The first franchised Wingstop opens.
- 2002Wingstop passes one billion wings served.
- TodayMore than 3,000 restaurants worldwide, about 98% of them run by franchisees, with its support center in Dallas.
Wingstop calls itself home to the #1 wings in the US, based on Circana CREST data for chicken wing servings share by outlet, March 2024 to February 2025. Facts above are from wingstop.com (archived July 14, 2026); the wording is ours.
