How to use it
- Pick up to three flavors from the list.
- Read the official rows first: calories, sodium, carbs, sugars and protein for one classic wing, from Wingstop's nutrition guide.
- Then look at heat, which follows Wingstop's heat order on a 0 to 5 scale. Style and good-for are our labels.
- Multiply the per-wing numbers by your order size. Ten wings is ten times the figures shown.
Worked examples
Atomic, Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan
Heat runs from 5 (Atomic) to 1 (Lemon Pepper) to 0 (Garlic Parmesan). Per classic wing that's 90, 120 and 120 calories, and 220, 210 and 75 mg of sodium. Heat tells you very little about calories here.
Lowest vs highest sodium
Plain has 30 mg of sodium per wing and Cajun has 310 mg. Over 10 wings that's 300 mg against 3100 mg, a gap of 2800 mg.
Same heat level, different numbers
Louisiana Rub, Original Hot, Spicy Korean Q all sit at level 3 on Wingstop's heat order. Per wing: Louisiana Rub 110 calories and 140 mg; Original Hot 90 calories and 230 mg; Spicy Korean Q 100 calories and 135 mg. Picking by heat alone won't tell you which one is lighter.
Lowest and highest of the 13 core flavors
A quick way to shortlist before you compare. When several flavors tie, only three are shown. Values are Wingstop's published numbers for one classic wing; open any flavor page for the full ranking.

How to read this table
- Official numbers: calories, sodium, carbs, sugars and protein are for one classic wing, copied from Wingstop's April 2025 nutrition guide. Boneless wings and tenders have different values; see the nutrition tables.
- Heat and our suggestions: heat follows Wingstop's published heat order on a 0 to 5 scale (Atomic is 5). Style and “good for” are our own labels, and your taste may differ. Limited-time flavors are left out because Wingstop has not published nutrition for them.
- Limits: restaurants sauce wings by hand, so real-world values vary. Allergen information is separate, so check the allergen guide and your restaurant before ordering.
For every flavor ranked by heat, see flavors by heat. For price and protein analysis, see Wingstop by the numbers.
