Editorial policy

Four kinds of content

1. Published facts. Nutrition, allergens, menu names and company facts, taken from Wingstop's own documents and linked on the page.
2. Reference prices. Base-menu prices captured from one carryout store on 2026-09-21. They are labelled with that date and place.
3. Calculations. Price per wing, protein per calorie, meal totals and averages. We show the inputs and use only the figures above.
4. Heat levels. Heat levels follow Wingstop's published heat order, shown on a 0 to 5 scale where Atomic is 5. Where that order does not list a flavor, we show it as not listed. The one exception is Lemon Pepper Chili Glaze, whose level is our estimate until we update it.
5. Editorial opinion. Pairings, “best for” picks and any taste notes of our own. Pairings are labelled as suggestions. Tasting notes summarize published reviews from established food writers, linked on each page with their dates. Heat levels follow Wingstop's official heat order. These are our judgments and are not official ratings.

We do not copy prices or facts from forums, delivery apps or other fan sites.

Prices

Prices are set by each restaurant, and delivery apps often add fees. We only show prices we captured ourselves, always with the date and place. We never estimate a missing price. Treat our figures as a reference point and confirm the real price in the official app or website.

Nutrition and allergens

Values are transcribed as published and are not rounded or filled in. Calculated totals are marked as calculated. An allergen that is not listed in a document is not proof that an item is free of it, so anyone with an allergy should ask the restaurant. This site offers no medical or dietary advice.

What we have and have not done

This is a desk-based reference guide. Our heat levels follow Wingstop's published heat order. Tasting notes summarize published reviews from established food writers, linked on each page with their dates, or quote Wingstop's own description, attributed to Wingstop. We have not tasted these flavors ourselves. We do not claim lab testing or customer surveys, and we do not publish customer ratings. We do not accept payment to change what we write.

Updates and corrections

Each page shows a last-verified or last-updated date. That date changes only when we re-check the page against its sources. We do not run a fixed schedule: we update when Wingstop publishes a new guide or flavor, or when a reader reports a problem. The menu updates page lists changes.

Independence and advertising

We are not affiliated with Wingstop. This site may carry advertising, which is labelled and does not influence our content. We do not use Wingstop's logo, and the photos on the site are licensed stock or original artwork, not Wingstop product photos.
