How to use it

  1. Type your budget, from $10 to $200, or drag the slider.
  2. Set how many people are eating. This changes the wings-each figure and, if you tick the drink box, how many drinks the order must include.
  3. Choose the base menu or one of the 16 cities we surveyed, then classic or boneless wings.
  4. Read the best order, the total and the money left. The order with the most wings wins; if two orders give the same wings, the one that includes more fries, dips and drinks is shown.

A combo is usually the cheaper way to get fries and a drink

On the base menu, the 10 pc classic combo is $16.49. The same 10 wings, regular fries, regular ranch and a 20 oz drink bought separately come to $21.06, so the combo saves $4.57. In our survey, taking the sides out of the 6 pc combo price left its wings cheaper each than a 10 pc order in 15 of 16 cities. The full working is in Is the Wingstop combo worth it?

Boneless is the cheaper piece

A 10 pc boneless order was cheaper than 10 pc classic in 16 of 16 surveyed cities, and on the base menu it is $11.59 against $13.99. Classic wings have bones, so compare wings per dollar, not meat per dollar.

Your city changes the answer

Pick your city in the tool above before you decide. The same budget buys different orders in different places, as the worked example above shows. Our prices by city guide has every surveyed price. If you are planning for a crowd rather than a budget, use the wing calculator.

How this tool works

The calculator tries every combination of the orders available and keeps the one with the most wings that fits your budget. If two combinations give the same wings, it prefers the one that includes more of fries, a dip and a drink, then the lower price. All money is handled in whole cents, so there is no rounding drift.

  • Base menu: Wingstop's published menu for the Addison, TX store, carryout, captured 2026-09-21. It uses wings by the piece, wing combos and group packs. Deals and Mix & Match orders are left out because deals change by store and date.
  • City mode: our own survey of one store in each of 16 cities, checked October 14, 2026, carryout, before tax. It uses only the sizes we priced: 10 pc and 30 pc classic, the 6 pc classic combo and 10 pc boneless. A fries, ranch and drink option is the surveyed prices added together. We did not price a 30 pc boneless, so city mode for boneless offers fewer sizes. Nothing is estimated.
  • People fed: our estimate of 6 wings (snacky), 9 wings (hungry), 12 wings (starving) per person. These are rules of thumb, not Wingstop figures.
  • Not included: tax, tip, delivery fees, tenders, the chicken sandwich and any reward or coupon. Individual restaurants set their own prices, so your total at the counter may differ.
