Wingstop Boneless Wings

Boneless wings are breaded pieces of chicken rather than true wings. They are smaller per piece than a classic wing (about 27 to 34 g), have 80 to 110 calories each, and because of the breading every flavor lists wheat in the allergen guide.

Boneless Wings FAQ

Are Wingstop boneless wings real wings?

No. Boneless wings are breaded pieces of chicken, not the wing itself. That is why they list wheat for every flavor and have less protein per piece (4 to 5 g) than a classic wing (10 g).

Classic or boneless: which has fewer calories?

Per piece, boneless is the same or slightly lower (80 to 110 calories vs 90 to 120). But a boneless piece is also smaller, so compare full orders, not pieces. See our classic vs boneless comparison.
